JAG is a non-profit organisation with a big heart and a strong, unwavering belief in every person’s right and ability to make decisions about their own life.

We specialise in personal assistance and work in Swedish, Finnish, and English – always starting from what you personally need and want.

Personal assistance through JAG Assistans Ab is organised based on the individual’s own needs, wishes, and life situation. The aim is to enable people to live their daily lives in a way that feels meaningful, safe, and predictable. 

Personal assistance can include support with daily activities, participation in society, leisure, work or studies, according to the individual service decision.

We operate on a non‑profit basis and focuses on continuity, trust, and respectful cooperation between our members, assistants, and the organisation.

• JAG’s advocacy work. JAG works with authorities and decision‑makers to ensure that people with intellectual disabilities have the same right to personal assistance as other people with disabilities.
• JAG’s training guarantee, which makes it possible to provide all new employees with practical induction training to the extent required.
