Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Personal data stored in the register is used for managing customer relationships and service relationships.


Content of the Register

Basic details of the registered person:

  • Name and address
  • Personal identity number
  • Telephone number and email address

Service-related information:

  • Client’s service voucher number

The register contains only the information necessary for the assignment. Registered individuals have the right to inspect their own data and request corrections of inaccurate information. To review what personal data has been collected, please contact the register’s contact person by email.

Data is obtained from the registered person, the registered person’s legal representative, or the individual’s place of residence.


Lawful Disclosure of Data

Data is used for employer-related purposes and may be disclosed to:

  • Payroll service providers
  • Occupational healthcare service provider Wellmedic

Data is not disclosed for any other purposes.

No data is transferred outside the EU or EEA.


Principles of Register Protection

A. Manual Records
Paper records are stored in locked office premises or filing cabinets, accessible only to authorized archive personnel.

B. Electronically Processed Data
The register is protected against unauthorized access through usernames and passwords. Access is limited to individuals who require it for their work and who have the necessary credentials. Databases are regularly backed up, and the system is protected by a firewall.
